• METV channel buttons adapt to its controls; other apps keep standard Android channel commands.
• Expand the remote on the TV screen page while mirroring or recording, with the preview fixed above the controls.
• Switch between directions and numbers, with vertical volume controls. Number mode uses channel buttons; direction mode uses page buttons.
• Local discovery groups devices by IP and hides saved devices from duplicate results, with service checks and web management links.
• Phone download, upload and HTTPS response tests, plus APK system and architecture checks, target confirmation and copyable installation errors.
• Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English remain available. Update in place and keep saved devices.

Compatibility notes

• Channel and voice support depend on TV apps and firmware. METV adaptation targets com.metv.tv, not every live-TV app or fork.
• No infrared control or power-on from a disconnected device. Wake requires an online device with working debugging access.
• TV mirroring and recording each last up to 3 minutes. Audio and protected content depend on the device and playback app.
